Are you fucking kidding me? "Unfair advantage over criminals", and "level playing field", we should all be so lucky to have law enforcement that actually has any advantage over criminals. Who ever said law enforcement was a game? When you are dealing with life or death situations you don't think about the most fair and ethical way to act. I would also like to ask the citizens of Phoenix how they feel paying thousands of dollars each metabolite drug test for these police officers who are randomly tested. "Roid Rage my ass", nothing more than another fucking witch hunt.
