She is only 1 so it is not quite age appropriate. However, Boobah and Teletubbies do NOT appeal to her. My only problem is that when I am watching this I would like to say the Mandarin words along with the show so that my daughter gets a better understanding. But (and maybe it's just me) when different characters say the Mandarin words it sounds like they are all pronouncing them differently. For instance at the beginning of a word subtly it may sound either like t, th or sh. I have no doubt that my daughter hears the sound they are really saying but my brain just isn't processing it. I think Nick should put up a guide to each episode with the Mandarin words they will use and show how they are pronounced so that parents like myself can participate more easily.
