in How to Get Six Pack Abs on Natural Bodybuilding with Marc David
I see some flaw in that idea because I am 6 foot 6 215 pounds with 6 % body fat, but I swear it must all be on my stomach cause I dont have a six pack. do you have any suggestions for this?
