Ohh BTW I see that you have taken the "notify me follow up comments" plugin. Like that very much to follow up on new comments.

Shripriya Interesting. Let me know if you have a link to his blog.

The issue is that I'm using Disqus as the comment system now and that supersedes the "subscribe to comments" plugin. I think right now you get an email if someone replies to you and you can subscribe to the thread in RSS - see the options button at the top of the comments section of the post.

I think Disqus is planning on adding email subscription too. Will keep you posted when they do.

Thanks for the write up. I went ahead with Alex King's twitter tool plugin and it worked like a charm. Didn't try wp-lifestream.

Shripriya Anand - are you importing the tweet into your main blog or onto your sidebar? If the former, did you have the issue I had where the tweet appeared as both the title and the body?

Shripriya Well... what I am trying to do is to import and archive things like tweets, photos etc. I still use Twitter to send the tweet and Flickr to upload the photo. All my blog does/will do is aggregate the output into one place. It won't eliminate the need to go to Twitter and Flickr.

If that's what you're looking for, then stay tuned.

I think by now Indian stores in Jackson Heights would have stocked up. My local Patel brothers told me that it is a costly transaction (seems they have to pay a large deposit for the order). End result, Indian mango's @ a costly price ;-) for the consumers.

I agree with Patrix. With Apple comes liberty. I dont want to be tied to a single service provider. I want freedom like GSM customers have in Europe & Asia.
