It automatically converts categories names, when cited in posts or pages, into links to the same categories.

It means that if writing an article you cite a category of your blog (for instance “Software“), that word is automatically turned into a link to the cited category.

I'd like to suggest you AddThis. It includes some 36 different social bookmarkings, reddit included, and allowes the visitor to choose his default system.

I installed it on my wordpress blog and it works well.
