Despite the reports from TMZ, at this point, Ticketmaster is still selling tickets to the concerts, and as of March 3, the Verizon Wireless Arena was unaware of any further changes. If we receive official word of a cancellation, we will certainly post it.

As far as I'm concerned, all bets are off since they attacked first.

You didn't mention that you're gettin' hitched the day after Talk Like a Pirate Day, the best day ever!! Given that you'll probably be doing some BOOTY-shakin' at the reception, I don't think there is a more appropriate weekend for a wedding! Good luck with the checklist!

I suppose I should clarify. I lost the taste for listening to the soundtracks to musicals more than anything else. They once got such heavy rotation in my family that my father actually banned "Cats" from being played while he was in the house. And, where in high school, I jumped at every opportunity to go to a Broadway show - particularly the splashy musicals - I could no longer stomach the price. (Although before the magic wore out, I actually missed one sister's high school graduation in favor of seeing "Starlight Express.") I am salivating over the thought of owning the "Legally Blonde" soundtrack. It will make excellent car-singing music during my commute.

'Cause that is what my friends who saw him in concert in California this April call him. I love his bluesy-ish voice, too. Except I admit, I thought the words to "Last Request" were "Grandma's last request was let me hold you." I remember thinking, "Aww! Isn't that nice that Grandma's dying wish was to see the two lovebirds together!" Turns out, notsomuch.

I thought the Illinois Springfield had the best video. If that was the basis, they got gypped. But I do think it was kinda cool that Vermont has the power plant.

Did you see this article from Guardian Unlimited on how the Simpsons hasn't been all that good in the last 10 years? At first, part of me wanted to shout, "Blasphemy!" But, it makes some interesting points.

Pretty cool. I also thought the fact that select 7-11 stores are being transformed into Kwik-E-Marts as a promotion is pretty rockin', too.

I cannot believe I spaced out and missed the finale! I am sooo glad Saaphyri won and Leilene has a new career. Somewhere, though, I thought I read that Courtney's standup career was taking off. I liked her, too, but never really thought she needed to be there in the first place.

Wow, Teresa. That's an impressive mix! I am ashamed to admit I had no idea there was a sequel to "Rocky Horror." But I'm a fan of "Rock 'N' Roll High School," too. Did you know that the rollerskating Riff Randall, otherwise known as P.J. Soles, was also one of the first victims in the "Halloween" franchise? Also, you should check out Green Day's cover of "I Fought the Law." You might dig that, as well.

I am still pretty far away from making a decision about who to support, but I have to say, if the Shania Twain song wins, that might be enough for me to look elsewhere. I am sorry, but her voice, for some reason, has always made me want to drive my head through the wall.
