One thing I would say if you have mild hyperthyroidism, then never ever do any surgery/RAI. I did RAI and regret my decision big time. The doctors always want to go the easiest way they can find and they will give you RAI and destroy the whole gland.

Dont do it, it's essential for the body and all the replacement supplements are crap and so many horrible side affects including adrenal fatigue.
