The facts in this article are somewhat incorrect. Echelon Corp. has had the largest metering deployment in Italy for quite a number of years now. (If I recall correctly, it was circa 2001, for most of the homes in Italiy ~27m)

Chris Morrison There are some big deployments in other countries, as well. Was speaking of the North American market, although I suppose that wasn't clear.

You've left out one important consideration related to size: native resolution.

You're going to want to run at native resolution for best image. If the native resolution is too high, you'll be forced to choose either low FPS or blurry image. For me, that change comes between 22" widescreen (1680x1050) and 24" widescreen (1920x1200)
