Just lurking on Facebook and using some other features is also fun.

you can trim down the noise considerable in the new Facebook design as you can mute things from your friends, set how much certain information you want to see in your timeline and of course blog apps. This actually make the whole experience manageable even with large amounts of friends.

I agree. It's actually pretty surprising how hard is to correctly perceive this form if you're multi-tasking.

Aza, you're right. We've fixed the notifications and we'll work on making the whole experience even more interactive.

I haven't actually created any forms in that, but I did fill in a few. For some reason I don't like the final step of the filling in form, it's not fulfilling enough (this is from memory, but I always felt a bit disappointed in the end).

I think I'll do a follow-up post with some more of these tools, and I'll check out Google Doc's also at that point :)

Adding support for group tumble's sounds easy enough. We'll try to have that in for our next release in a few weeks.

Regarding the other types, we work best with at least paragraph of text, so we're a bit vary of supporting links or images. But we'll reevaluate it.

If you have same problem as Mrs S, we recommend to clear your cache and restart the Firefox. This fixed the problem for a few of users with this problem.

regarding 1st issue - we'll check the text of your blog and see if we can improve the engine to make better links in the future.

4) Have a feedback loop built-into system (ISO 9000 style) that ensures that the questions received through emails and phone support get addressed in future revisions of product data and as part of normal iterative site development.
