Great interview...I think a lot of people don't get social media marketing because they think it's all about plugging your own products. At it's core it's relationship marketing I guess.

A quick question. What software did you use to record the interview out of interest...the quality is very good.

Thanks a lot for that. Not heard of that service before...I see they use digital fibre optic lines which explains the clean sound. I only ask because I've used skype with hotrecorder.com and also freeconference.com before and they're ok but the sound quality hasn't been great in either case.

Can I be a pita and ask which digital recorder you used when that teleconference service failed. It attaches to your landline phone handset does it?

Thanks again and keep up the great content...yours is one of the few blogs I regularly visit because it isn't a continual pitchfest.

Out of interest, how have you found having so many installed on your blog from a performance point of view? I've heard too many plugins can slow your blog down but I'm guessing you're on a vps or dedicated server anyway, so that probably doesn't come into play?

Yes I do believe that link love is good, but there are some people who miss use this do follow thing. These people post links in the comments and want to get traffic to those links.
