when the ASW 2020 & ASM start launched, the people who already had the saving book just went to top up, the procedure was very fast. Somebody also helped their friends took more than one saving book for top up. But for the new shares, the procedure is very slow. For my experience, I got No.1 that day, when the cashier just finished the procedure, the cashier told me the shares was sold out. You know, how I felt at the time, I was very disappointed . I hope I can buy it at the next coming launch.
