And now that I think about this. You are completely right. I may have to pull my book and find a new site. One of the other things about &lt;a href="http://lulu.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;lulu.com&lt;/a&gt; is that to get an ISBN number they charge you for a distribution pack one with a ISBN number that can't be sold in Barnes and Noble and a like is $35 and one that can be sold in to the stores is $150.
