After talking with Stephan recently, it was clear to me from what he said about Chloe that she's wiser than most of the "internet marketers" out there. I guess it's easier when your dad has been doing that stuff for over a decade. :-)

BTW, she built the site - which is mostly for the US audience - while living in New Zealand...so she even understands the global nature of online marketing.

Oops... I guess Chernoff is in the Penticton, BC area, not Vancouver. In his case it must be the Okanagan Lake water he shares with the Club Penguin folks.

Not only Ham and Ye, but Garry Chernoff from the Business 2.0 article sidebar is also from Vancouver and so was Frank Schilling (also in the sidebar) before he moved to the Cayman Islands. Definitely something in the water. :-)

"Evil" is a bit of a relative term... some religious folks think pr0n is evil; some atheists think religion is evil; a person from one religion thinks another particular religion is evil; etc. etc.

So from that perspective, technology has already been used for "evil" for a long time.

While Pixpo looks interesting, this job posting from them is a little surprising. I would hope they're not trying to pull off the kind of stuff that Nvidia was doing recently.
