I think I have a curse when it comes to guys as well. I just have the worst luck...they have girlfriends, they live in other states, etc. I understand the way you are feeling, and I'm quite pessimistic about love for myself at the moment as well. I always hold out some amount of hope, however, and I hope you do too!

This entry brought tears to my eyes, because what you said rings true for me. But I'm not yet ready to give up hope.

What's the point in telling someone that pictures of them aren't very flattering? That's uncalled for. Obviously she likes them or she wouldn't have posted them!

Being a fellow 23 year old girl trying to figure out life (and guys), I thoroughly enjoyed reading your blog. I love the way you write, and hope you will continue the blog someday, whether it's just as personal or much more censored! You often voiced some of the same things I was feeling myself. If you don't continue the blog, I wish you the best of luck in life and hope that you have a wonderful 2008!
