Hi, I work at envirofone.com so appreciate that I may be biased (!) but we do try to offer good value for your mobile phones, the prices are reflective of what value can be extracted from the phone by either re-using (which we always try to do as the most important step of recycling) and then recycling itself. Repair costs also have to include our labour and equipment as well as parts so that's why there can be a big difference between the original trade price and the one offered.
