Thanks for the update! Still no BEC score here, anxiously awaiting and trying to study for AUD. Clicking refresh every 5 minutes insn't helping the cause.

Has anyone heard when the MN BEC scores will be released?

problem with tenants is they usually don't stay longer than a 12 month lease, so sellers either have to find new tenants, or revisit the original idea of putting the home back on the market, this time with more money spent on wear and tear -- and that's if you find good tenants...
