I am always in favor of customer service and customer interaction, but I also understand that corporations have policies and procedures that must be adhered to if you want to continue to depend on them for your income. That's why I left the corporate world to build something for myself.

I think it great. It's a fascinating new world that we live in.

I knew there was a reason I always loved legos. A lego structure can be very solid and yet very temporary at the same time. Like you said, if you don't like what you have created, you can simply move things around and come up with something entirely new. The simple toy allows the space for creative thinking. Social media seems to be a community where creative thinking is embraced. Maybe Lego is responsible after all because it helped to teach creative thinking.

My contribution is to continue to volunteer my time and talents to helping the organizations that serve the people in my area. I have created a blog that is specifically designed to be a newsletter for any nonprofit who chooses to participate. This way each of them gets to have a voice in the blog world without having to use their valuable resources to create their own blog. There is absolutely no charge to the organizations that participate, We all can find a way to help.

Offering pictures to folks who are constantly reading is like offering a visual recess. I think most people will respond favorable, unless the pictures are offensive. You mentioned others ways to connect. I recently connected with a gentlemen because he at one time lived in a very remote town that I happened to know about. You just never know...

I went through a sales training class years ago that talked about this same idea. By that I mean the idea of how to communicate and listen to different personality types. It is very good work. Thank you for reminding me to not only get to know a person, but to also get to know that person interacts.
