I actually have had some good service from BofA the past few years, but feel that is a function of the local branch and the branch mgr i had in Wellesley. The branch near me now in Stratford, CT has a very good mgr too. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;My account has gone through 5 acquisitions since 1979 before ending up with BofA. Worst part has been the lack of systems being integrated causing some ridiculous process issues between personal and business accounts.
