It appears from the usage of the code LOU808, that it may work only at the Louisville Kentucky area McDonalds, but the code MCSUMR808 seems to work at all McDonalds so far. One out of two is not bad.

You should call redbox at 1866redbox3, and let them know the code does not work and which location, they can sometimes correct it online, or give you a one time use code that will work, everytime I call them I get another free code good for 45 days.

If you call the tollfree number and report cursor problems, they can fix it from there offices, I have had to do that when I could not enter codes, and they will give you a free rental good for 45 days to boot.

Michael, from the usage pattern on the new code SUMRDAYS608, it looks like it might be McDonalds only, there last code ended in 508, this one is 608, I used it at a McDonalds and will try it at a Dahl's location later today.

I have been the first one to rent some new releases, and some discs had marks on them, some had no marks but still skipped, I think maybe Redbox gets a deal on the seconds or discs that are not perfect.

Some select customers get a code with there new releases instead of the normal dvdonme at the bottom, I use to get them, but now mine all have dvdonme at the bottom too, not sure who qualifies for the extra code,

I tried both, P2GLBKX came up as an already used code, BR66S11 was shown as an invalid code, have not tried the FUJI26 yet, I talked to Redbox and they told me that SUMMER1 was a valid working code, but would not tell me where.

Michael, why was the code SUMMER1 removed from the list, it was showing promo code not good at this location when I tried it, which meant it was a legit code somewhere?

Michael, the code BIGMAC508 is now shown as an invalid code at McDonalds, June 30th must have been the last day.

You have to find a Redbox that is showing a empty case for rent, pick that and rent as usual, then put your dvd in that case and return it,

Just curious Debbie, was this in Des Moines?

Hello, all, the code in Sundays McDonalds ad DSMSPAD, is shown as invalid, it was supposed to be valid June 15th thru July 14th, I reported it to Redbox, and they verified it is not valid, they are going to turn it in to there Marketing Department. Hopefully that will resolve the issue.

You can enter the code before picking a movie or right before checkout.
after you hit rent a movie, at the bottom left is a button marked rent with promo code, hit that and enter the code, if it is valid, it will bring up the movies, or before pressing checkout, hit the button to the left marked promo code, if it takes the code it will show $1.00 discount and the code entered, hope this helps.

Michael, I have not had a chance to test it yet, but the code DSMSPAD was in a McDonalds ad in the Des Moines Register, my guess is it will only work at a McDonalds.

The redbox website was partially down this morning, showing no online rental at all locations, that may have been the problem.

I was handing out free codes at a local market, I overloaded the redbox and that is the message it gave until the next day, when it started taking the code again.

The Wednesday code was for the month of May only.
