Given the fact that Mr. KABC was #1 in his time slot, there is clearly more going on here than "the bottom line" (contrary to your assertion). Not a good business decision on KABC's part. There is virtually no chance that Mark Levin will be able to match the ratings of the host he is replacing. So your theory is all wet.
