in When you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up? on Carrie and Danielle
I wanted to be a writer of what I don't know. It just fascinated me the way you could create whole other worlds with words. To fuel that writing, I wanted to travel the world, taking pictures and writing. When I realized that it took money to travel the world, I became practical and decided to be an airline stewardess - that way I could travel and work at the same time.
