The worst thing that could ever happen to Yahoo is to let Microsoft buy them! As I pointed out in a post that I did today on my own little blog, the problem with Microsoft is it's leadership. It is old, out of touch and has this disgusting , "it's good enough" mentality that runs down everything they attempt to do! Vista sucks and I blame the leadership which has created a corporate culture that stifles innovation and great products.

With a vast pool of very intelligent employees and oodles of cash and other resources, Microsoft should be the leader, but instead, it scrambles to try and catch up to Apple and Google which both puts Microsoft to shame. These companies have great leadership and the results are there for everyone to see. Microsoft's leadership has got to go!

PS. Just out of curiosity, what type of aircraft do you pilot? My friend, from Katmandu, is a pilot and I sort of developed an interest in various aircraft. Nice site, by the way. :O)

This was a great post! It peeked my interest and now I'm going to have to study up on these things.

Of course, none of these will solve are problems, but anything that can help releive the stress of the current economy, etc., has just got to be a good thing.

Glad you like the Nokia Robert, but your accolades fall far short of the review that CNET gave it recently.

On the bad side they say: "The N95 lacks support for U.S. 3G networks; standby battery life is poor; and performance is somewhat sluggish. The hardware feels a bit cheap, and the sliding mechanism could be more secure. It's also very expensive"

Another thing, its a lot more expensive than the most expensive iPhone and is no where near as sexy. Some people might not think sexy is not that important, but if you had a choice of a 300, 75 year old woman for a date or some one like Paris Hilton.... well, you know what I mean?

I'm sure the Nokia is a fine phone, but when some one gives the $750.00 phone in hopes of mentioning where you got it, some how taints the whole piece.

The most important thing to note about yesterday's release of the iPhone is this: It's only the beginning! Steve Jobs said that much in his January introduction of the iPhone. They have a lot more, a lot more!

In fact, I read that the second version could be out in time for Christmas. The European model will, in fact, be much better than the US version as it will have 3G and other goodies!

As did the original iPod, you can expect this baby, especially given all the fuss Apple is making over it, will rapidly evolve and improve BIG TIME!

Apple didn't sit still for the iPod and it will not sit still for the iPhone.

Despite all of its little faults, if the iPhone's first version is this good, just imagine how good the second one will be and so on?

I just joined a day or so, now nothing! They never gave me a list of what you can or cannot do with the widget. One minute you got so many credits and then.... wham... you get these minus credits. What's up?

Am I not allowed to visit my own site as many times as I want; I don't click the widget so why all the minus credits? Something is fishy?

Why all the mystery? If they goof up, why take it out on the users? They talk about cheaters, but how can you cheat?

I will give them a few more days and then, bye-bye blogrush!

By all means get a MacBook, but wait until at least January 15th. to see what Apple has in store. Rumors are rife that Apple will unveil a 'ultra thin, flash based model MacBook with an iMac dock! Wow... you use it on the road as a laptop, or at home as a desktop with a fabulous 24 inch screen!

The little extra that you pay up front is more than worth it because Macs have such a high resale value; are easier and more fun to use; work better and have an incredible high resolution screen. The Mac is the BMW of personal computers and like a BMW you may pay a little more, but you get a lot more, a whole lot more for you buck than you would with a little old Chevy. The satisfaction and less hassle that goes with a Mac over Vista, or for that matter Linux, is easily worth every penny you pay.

If its for blogging, well you can't get any better than the best, and the best is a Mac.

For anyone thinking of switching from a PC to a Mac ..... rejoice! At CES, a new program called 'iTornado' will now make it extremely simple to transfer all of your PC information automatically to the Mac. This removes what is a big headache for new people coming to the Mac.
