Good times.. cant beat warm winter days in southern Cali. Alex the picture doesnt due its justice you look more like a tomato in real life.

I think its important to have structure and planning in the "typical worship experience". I think people like to know what they are going to get when they go to church. By planning it actually helps to have more freedom... does that make since? .... anyways I think alittle "fly by the seat of your pants" every once in awhile is ok... after all aren't Christians suppose to be flexible? ..nah... But if it becomes routine I think it becomes sloppy.

Wow, what a surprise! Thanks so much Alex. I am truly blessed to have you for a husband. You are also an amazing dad. Your family loves you so much! I must admit that had to be one of favorite Valentines Day's! I was so surprised when I opened the door and balloons went every where. It was totally awesome.

Vince I dont get ur comment. So do u keep someone in ministry and "Hope" they become effective? Isn't there a big problem if a pastor is not effective? In a corporation if an employee is not meeting the mark the are let go. So what do u mean?

Alex I agree this is the best conference I think I have ever been to in regards to content and delivery. I think u (Alex) will agree that u know a conference is good if I can sit through the whole thing without coloring in my program. This was truely amazing!
