To to add in, I also requested reconsideration from Google with my PPP script still installed. I only placed the no follow tag on sponsored links. Additionally, I removed a lot of the "spam looking" posts that I made for PayU2Blog.

Two weeks after my request, my PageRank was restored to my previous 3.

Yeah, I have to agree that I as well am on microblogging overload and the increasing need to do it as well as lifestream is becoming more of a time killer than something positive.

I also agree with chayaldora though that Plurk feels like a big chat room.

While I'm undecided about my use on Plurk, for the moment it seems to be interesting. I'll follow the trend as it happens and either pick up use or drop it to go back to Twitter.

Great post and explanation. I'll have to look into the SEO Title Tag plugin. I've heard a few things about it but haven't ever taken the time to really look into it and see how useful it could be for me when I'm already running the All in One SEO Pack.

I removed the widget from my blog as well. In addition to what you mentioned, the action alone creates a bounce rate that is out of this world. The community within the Entrecard forums can be interesting the practice of dropping alone just isn't worth it.
