in I Am Being Sued By ePerks on Go Beyond MLS
Wayne sums this up pretty clearly. I really can't understand what grounds they are suing you for.

I, along with most people, would not trust a company who choose these actions over investing their time in fixing the real source of the problem, which is clearly ePerks. Good luck and keep us posted.

Nice list. I've not come across Alexander's blog before. It's a good read.

Great tip with the sig. We are now starting to see content thieves as a growing problem also. Would be great if we could just round them up and shoot them...

in Should You Hire Workaholics For Your Startup? on Instigator Blog
Great post. I guess it's not the amount of work your employees put in, but the return for their work. It's important to have people who believe in what their doing and have a clear purpose and goal for a startup. 4 good purposeful hours can be better than 12.

in There Is No Point on How To Split An Atom
"The problem isn’t necessarily that these products aren’t safe, it’s that they work against behavior that has been hardwired into our psyche."

I think this is a great point. I'm amazed that certain sites think you'll willingly hand over so much personal information. (Mint in particular).
