No operator in India has got reputation for customer service as indicated by many surveys. Probably their are challenges due to large no. of subscribers.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I think however Virgin can overcome this challenge if they hire their dedicated team and train them on virgin philosophy. Virgin is known for overcoming challenges and I hope they do this time as well.
