I think this is outrageous and ridiculous pricing by Apple/Vodafone. I am not going to buy the iPhone for Rs. 31000. It simply does not make sense.

I think WinMobile is a shrunken windows and probably to make its adaptation easier and make it resemble windows for desktop so many unwanted things are included in the mobile OS.

I would like to say that 'START' button should simply be done away with and home screen should contain big finger-friendly icons for programs so that user does not need to tap on programs menu first to open the programs window. All other mobile OS seem to follow this approach, windows mobile does not need to be different on this.

Well I am not convinced that they can enhance the customer service experience with Tata's or probably any Indian mobile operator. No operator in India has got reputation for customer service as indicated by many surveys. Probably their are challenges due to large no. of subscribers.

I think however Virgin can overcome this challenge if they hire their dedicated team and train them on virgin philosophy. Virgin is known for overcoming challenges and I hope they do this time as well. It will be good for them, good for India and good for all of us.
