When I said "You can't mix both in there," I meant that you can't mix English with Japanese without switching to romaji beforehand.

Not to mention the fact that you can't have any sort of English when typing in Japanese. On OS X, it's either you're typing English with the romaji setting or you're typing Japanese with either of the kana settings.

You can't mix both in there...I tried. However, you can also add some English on Windows by just capitalizing the first letter you type. That technique doesn't really work on OS X.

Personally, I just have the Japanese language setting as default on my XP computer. When I want to switch between English and Japanese, I just use Alt+~ to switch quickly and back. No need to switch language packs beforehand because it's set to Japanese by default.

The thing is that on an XP, you can type in English in the Japanese keyboard. =I

Sadly, I'm not 18 and over...so what do I do? Am I busted or anything?

Is it okay if I can become a member on Mixi? I've been sort of catching on with my kanji-a-day segments on my blog.

I'm not sure if this is the correct way of doing it, but on my link is my Kanji (or 2 or more) a day attempt on my blog.

I usually do my daily doses of Kanji with Tadashii Kanji Kakitori-kun on my DS. Though now that I see it, maybe I SHOULD incorporate a little bit of Jim Breen with that as well.

I can't resist that Yakiramen! I NEED TO TRY THAT! In fact, despite the lack of ソース, I'm gonna try it out anyway!

My strategy of implying Japanese after a few years.

1) Go to places with Japanese speakers and talk to them. I will sometimes avoid those who wish for only fluents to speak to them.

And the crap part.

2) Order a copy of Sgt. Frog when it comes out in America. Play it in Japanese. TURN OFF SUBTITLES. See if I can understand what the crap they're saying. If I give up, I can always watch the episodes in English.

When you want to make it frustrating to bring an anime overseas = であります。

Why do I say this? Try translating the episode titles of ケロロ軍曹 into English without leaving in the であります in the title.
