The congressional benchmarks from last year numbered 18, I'd like to know what was dropped.  From the above I get&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Provincial election law&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Long term oil law&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Kirkuk(?)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Provincial Powers Act&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Federal funding for provincial governments&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Amnesty for Baathists&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Purging extremists from government&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;- Integrating Sunni militias into federal forces(?)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;That leaves three unaccounted for.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">bjcefola</dc:creator><pubDate>Mon, 10 Mar 2008 21:31:20 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
