In fact, I'd start my blame with the operations team or financial team for not understanding the demand for connectivity (which without analysis, maybe lower than you think) and for not budgeting one ethernet cord per room. I'm willing to bet the Hilton saves thousands, if not millions, under the current setup. They avoid theft and abuse. They don't confuse those that don't need it, and they certainly don't have to keep as many cables on hand. The executive that made that call most likely got a bonus that quarter.

What you can do is blame the Marketing department for creating a biased, uncreative, lame buzz word.

Re: HBO Petitions FCC To Prevent DVR Recording

why try to stop something that can not BE stopped

Re: How I Won a Copyfight

Why bother? It seems like the fight was for the sake of a fight. I mean, is it THAT important that your homework were online? Why not just show future employers with a portfolio? (generally speaking, I don't think employers after graduation will really care about 2nd year homework assignment code)

As a side note, I think it should be ok for Dr. Bresson to reuse assignments. If he comes up with an assignment that really teaches students, why should he have to change it every year? Don't get me wrong - I totally think that you posting the homework is fine and should be allowed...I just don't see what the point is of making such a big deal about it.

To further this point, I am even more liberal than you and believe assignment answers should be posted by students before the assignment is due (definitely considered cheating currently but I don't think it should). I support this website http://www.studypipe.com that actually allows students to anonymously share answers online.

Re: How I Won a Copyfight

Ok, just reading some more of these comments. It takes large tiring gestures. Waving your arms all day is exhausting. Something like the space explorer is more likely to be useful for heavy users.
Very shiny for demos but that is about it.

Re: Tabletop Terrain - War Gaming and Modeling for Pulp, Warhammer, Mordheim and Flames of War » Review: Pig Iron Kolony Rebel Heads

Fantastic! I don't see the issues with this road. No doubt it slows down at 5pm... And its a little crazy, but it moves. In BV you just stop and wait. I guess its more dangerous, but not as crazy as the hill between elm springs and wagon wheel. I don't know how many wrecks I have seen there and I can't find anything wrong with the road, maybe they shoudl use some for this 75mil to figure that out.

Re: Fucked in Park Slope - Embrace the Hate. - Home - Who Gives A Shit: What Do You Do and How Much Do You Get Paid To Do It?

junior investment banker: ~150,000
