I use four scoops in my french pres and then stir right after adding the water.

Then I let steep for 4 minutes or so.

Holy Muttrimony! I have a whole section in my book about pet weddings and how to include pets in human weddings.

I liked your points that you included here. Especially about the spay and neuter stuff. Many people "wed" pets when they are going to have a litter but each pup represents a death sentence to a shelter animals.

Changing perspectives is good--my thought process has been to attempt to outsource those tasks that don't need my expertise. I found your notes after the post very interesting and am sure they will prove useful.

I am wondering what the three biggest challenges have been during your search and subsequent hiring of VAs. Also, is there anything in particular that you absolutely refuse to hand over to someone else?

I believe you are right--I found ping.fm first. Since I have the bookmark on my browser bar and all the accounts entered--I tend to use it. Thanks for the heads up on the other alternative.

Ahh, someone else who moved from Blogger to Word Press. I've faced some of the same problems. I was actually using the old Blogger because I hosted on my own domain. What a mess on the transfer BUT the good news is that I learned a lot for when I move my other blogs over.

I had a template designed for Word Press and there were glitches and then once we got it up to speed for widgets--more glitches. So now I am into day six and feeling good about the move.

Yes, spam has been a big problem but I like that I can block the incoming IP and also use Askimet. I have over 700 pages to check and correct links on--ugh.

I'm with you--anyone working on a plug-in?

My readers have given me good feedback and I've already attracted some advertisers--something that didn't happen with Blogger.

Glad I found your post...it is good to know I am not slugging through this alone...
