Great question. I took my daughter out for lunch on Saturday and we laughed and laughed. So I got the joy too!

I love the way women can look at each other sometimes and laugh together - without having to explain - even when we're strangers. And I love how many amazing women there are out there to enjoy as role models. (And I love this question!)

Be comfortable - think about what you are going to wear before you dress, but make sure you don't have to once it's on. There's nothing worse for me than having to spend time worrying about whether my buttons are coming undone, my shirt is tucked in etc etc. Oh, and wear shoes that fit properly.

DanielleLaPorte comfort helps convey confidence. When a woman is hobbling around in heels and a too tight pencil skirt - it hurts for everyone!
