Well, look at online publishing and how much they are earning! If newspaper is providing much more information regularly - its good move for them to charge for it than relying on advertising only.

Even I am convinced with a fact that paid reviews are good way to develop content and especially content that interests your visitors (if it's inline with Google's TOC).

The BIN price seems at little higher side. But the domain name is pretty cool and will be sold soon at desired price.

For the purpose I look for a website to buy, is to use for reviews, and I might look for a higher PR website like PR5+ that can be sustained in next update as well.
