Interesting! I guess it doesn't matter how or when you work out as long as you do and you get all of your work done. Working from home doesn't help matters much when it comes to keeping the weight off.
I think fox news is pretty jacked up. I can hardly stand to watch it anymore! I would much rather watch CNN, although it isn't much better. I should just stick to sports center and avoid national and local news all together!
