It's too bad that both sides do this. It is all marketing and it all sucks.
The only real tax that makes sense is a flat tax (percentage of income) or the fair tax.
Why shouldn't the tax be a flat percentage for everybody? Say for example it's 25% tax rate for everybody (just making up numbers here). If you make $15,000 a year, you only pay your 25% ($3750). Make $200,000 per year and you also pay 25% ($50,000). If you make less, you pay less. If you make more, you pay more. Of course this is weird for people that get money in ways that won't be taxed. That's why the fair tax makes so much sense. You pay a certain amount of tax depending on how much stuff you buy. Buy more and pay more tax.
The tax system has become far too complicated over the years. It really needs a complete rewrite. Both sides have been slipping in little things that benefit them in some way.
I could go on and on. I've given up on politics this year. Unfortunately obama is going to win. We're screwed no matter who wins. I really don't want either candidate (Give me Ron Paul!). This whole country needs to be re-written. Lets strip out all the junk that has been added through the years, and go back and fix it.

He's ignorant, he thinks he's better than everybody else, he thinks he knows more than everybody else (he thinks he knows what is right).
What really made me start hating him was the whole IZEA / Ted Murphy thing. Calacanis just completely ignored everything and assumed that everything he (Calacanis) said was right, was the only thing to do, and would ever be the only way.
I just can't stand people like him that provide no worth to the world.

Well he certainly is a thought leader and he really does stand by his thoughts of how the world should operate. I don't think that necessarily makes him a bad person.

Why exactly do you not like him, Dew? A lot of people say mean things about him but they never really give a true example [or] good reason to hate him so much.
