I didn't know about it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I haven't been by the Holocaust Memorial, but did go to Dachau when I was in Germany a few years ago.  I felt chills too... I hadn't read that much about the concentration camps, but when I was in Dachau, the sheer size of the camp (of which the memorial was only a fraction) just got to me.
