All thanks to the information here, I have successfully added the alrajhi debit card to my paypal account. The whole process is quite straight forward and without a glitch, as long as you follow the steps contained in this article.
In my opinion, Alrajhi debit card makes sense as it is internet friendly, has no annual fee or ATM withdrawal fee (provided you withdraw from the same bank).

Will be interesting to find out what are the performance like for these funds for 2008, given the current financial turmoil, high inflation and our very own political crisis!

The report is not prepared yet. But you can see the fund price and charts from the companies' respective website.
To ensure that the Debit card works, one must ensure that there's at least enough fund in the card when verifying the card with one's PayPal account.
