It seemed way to short a time in the teams. Oh well.

Teresa looked wonderful. Seriously, one of the few people I've been really impressed with when they did the 2 month on thing.

Can anyone else see the Commando sobbing quietly to himself after the piss poor numbers this week?

Sharif has finally ended his low weight losses and started to pick up. At the beginning, he was around the bottom of the table each week. Lately, he's been losing bigger and bigger numbers.

And Sam and Meaghan can't lose much more weight.

Cameron painted his wife to be a woman at wits end, ready to walk up to him and serve him with divorce papers. She seemed like a truly lovely lady who loved her man. Perhaps Cameron was playing the sympathy card? If so, I wonder what the wife thinks while watching her getting slammed on National Telly every week.

Sean was a beast at the training session with the Swans. Scary stuff.

If I was Sharif, I'd start waterloading right now. There is no way I'd let the Reds win this weigh in. I would take whatever wrath Michelle would throw at me with open arms. Then, once the Reds lost the weigh in, I'd turn to Meaghan and tell her that they should target Sam. It would eventually come down to a split vote (Cam/Sam voting for Meaghan, Sharif/Meaghan voting for Sam, and the Blues would probably dump Cam, either way, its a win for Meaghan and Sharif at least). If Sharif was stupid enough to go with the majority (Cam/Sam) and vote out Meaghan, then Cam/Sam still have a connection. If either Cam or Sam goes, there will be no alliances, so it will be an even playing field - or, even better for Sharif, he will have formed an alliance with Meaghan!

Strategy guys, it's all going to come down to how well you can con someone.

The safest bet would be to grab Sharif and run. Without Nathan, red's are massively screwed and if this weeks elimination didn't prove it, the team is more interested in keeping flimsy alliances than keeping the team strong. Sharif is a goner anyways, why not do it sooner rather than later.

The reason I like Nathan so much is because he and Cosi are so similar. Sure, Cosi never used to go on about how good he was, because it was evident. Nathan's acolades as being the strongest (and if the Fatty Olympics was anything to go by, the fastest as well - Sean's leg may have cramped up, but a loss is a loss) is often overshadowed by Bob's weight loss, so he has a right to let every one know he's that damn good. And I don't think I've heard the term 'alpha male' in a while, come to think of it. Again, tonight, what would have been a brilliant weight loss under normal circumstances is seen as 'not quite enough'. If the red's were smart they'd forsake the natural 'biggest threat' elimination in favour of eliminated a person with a low weight loss (I'm thinking Meaghan - she's looking more and more beautiful by the day, sure, but I'm detecting some serious manipulative vibes coming from her) so as to keep the Red team as strong as possible. Nathan is at 110 or so, Sharif still has large numbers to pull, as does Cam. Sam is down on the weight, but no where near Meaghan (mid 80's now, isn't it?).

From a purely strategic standpoint, if Sharif or anyone else wants to stay in this game to even get close to the finale, letting Nathan go would be suicide for their chances.

You can never trust those wiley previews, but I dunno, looks pretty certain. Haven't been over to the forums yet, but I assume people are putting a negative spin on what Nathan seems set to do. People will find any excuse if they dislike someone enough.

And wow, could Bob really be any more likeable? Really, there is nothing to dislike about the guy. I love guys like Nathan because they're hard workers, but I can still see their shortcomings. It's difficult to think of one for Bob.

Teresa could go home now, she looks great. And is it just me, or does Nathan have very little skin baggage compared to other people who have lost similar amounts of weight?

I've always said that Sam won the Biggest Loser last year by eating too little. Many comments were made during the season that indicated that he didn't understand how to eat properly, and it looks like it's continued.

The theorists are out in force tonight. I think nathans comments regarding sean and bob and others were very gracious, and a showed a side to him that we are rarely showed by the producers.

I was laughing hard at Julie's running style. She basically did all the motions right, except her feet came down about 2 inches away from where they left off. Good on her for giving it a go, though.

Sean looks amazingly happy with his weight loss. And Bobby collapses?

In the video diaries, the rest of the people frequently comment on how the brothers get the best out of them, and how they're always keen to train with anyone once the cameras are off.

They can't be pure evil, can they? But Nathan stealing immunity off Andrew was a douchey move.

Julie whinging again? Cameron complaining once more? Michelle being the 'super secret surprise...sperson?' exciting no one? Who knew!

This week looks like it could be a good'en though.

I'm thinking the surprise visitors will be everyone's partners. What will happen if Holly/Mel's partners tell them they want them to stay in the game?

I dunno, you can never tell with the Biggest Loser ads, the 'argument' between them might be nothing, but the brothers hardly look chuffed.

I lost all admiration I had for Amanda when she went off at Sam after being eliminated. Of course, I didn't really like her to begin with (her frown is comical, though).

Teresa, I don't mind. She's focussed, and I like that. Sharif is far too up himself for me to like him.

Michelle looks piiiiiiissed.

The way that Sean looks leads me to believe he and Ben are the ones to get back in the house. Think about it, no one else has looked remotely as good, Ben and Sean getting in the house and then getting eliminated again (or filming after the show finishes - how do we know that it's actually 'two months on') would lead them to huge weight loses. Good on Sean, he looked terrific.

Couldn't agree more, they'd be my choice - their potential for weight loss is insane.

I love how the brothers dominated that challenge so much that they couldn't even be arsed to give us a 'cliffhanger finish' for Sunday's show.

And why are Shannon and Michelle always running to the house? Do they perpetually lock their keys in the car or something?

The previews for the next show are always dubious at best, he may have been upset, but he may also be shocked with happiness, you can never tell with this show...although Sharif's cheer of happiness would be hard to mistake for anything other than a solid weight loss (which isn't surprising, seeing as he's only lost low percentages recently - he was bound to stop toning and start dropping big numbers sooner or later).

Let's take some predictions...if the brothers win, who will they vote out? I'm going to have to go with the Green team...I know, shocker right? Anyone who puts their money on any one else is either extremely risky or has insider knowledge.
