This man has the absolute best job in the entire world. In one insert he was able to drive in a carchase through a shopping centre and then assault a beach (beach assault) in a ford. unbelievable. lucky bastard.

Wezz Yeah nuts, and the craziness carries through to every other segment on the show. To think the BBC almost canned it...

in On my way to South Africa on ZADI DIAZ
Zadi - don't stress too much. I'm going to be on the trip with you the whole way also feeling socially inept! But never fear, south africans love to socialise, drink good wines and eat stunning food. I'm sure that will settle the nerves!

babazeka Absolute pleasure Nic! I have no doubt that you're influencing people far
more than you'll ever know.
babazeka And I just saw that I mis-spelled your surname horribly! Apologies, it's
been sorted out :)

in What support for Metro bullies equates to on Paul Jacobson
I see you point, and I agree with what you are saying. I think that my post was badly expressed.

I think that what I agree with is the fact that South Africans are more worried about breaking the law now.

If I know that breaking the law means that I go to jail I wont break the law. Currently I firmly believe that South Africans are great finger pointers but never at ourselves.

We all think that it's OK to go through a red robot after 10pm, it's not. Stopping at a stop street is a requirement not and option. This sort of law breaking transends in to the rest of our everyday life.

But obviously the metro police need to do things in the right way, they themselves cannot run a lawless law (if you get me) and expect us to abide.

Hey Vinny,

Sounds like a party! I'd love it if you could email me a few photos for SA Rocks or upload them to the SA Rocks photo pool.

Thanks!! :)

in Little things that niggle on Paul Jacobson
I agree 100% wholeheartedly. I think the site needs to clean those things up. I am interested to know if/when they are doing a redesign and what changes they will make.

in The end of the SA Blog Awards? on Paul Jacobson
I have personally never enjoyed Seth's site (not blog). I think it is a great big advert. If Seth is as uninterested in the awards as he says then why bother? Why force your readers to vote? Why threaten them by saying he wont blog if they don't vote? Shame, if the awards mean so much to Seth he should start his own and leave Jon Cherry alone.
