I currently work for a regionally focused venture capital firm and have always been impressed with USV as your team is on the cutting edge of web2.0. I love that your site is a blog and thought it was great when you found a replacement for Charlie through a post. Good for you... as for hosting I use Hostmonster (that I am pretty sure is owned by Bluehost). It is ok, but they are slow to make upgrades available. My room mate (at home.. not on the road) likes Dreamhost and definitely has upgrades available before I do and says they are very active about keeping their users in the know when problems do arise.
Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the comment, Phil. I have done a good handful of single pitches and even some multi-pitches. I think I am just not good with the exposure of towers. It can really spook me.

This past week I tried out the Tin Angel on 4th south and about 3rd west. Excellent! I had a pear and spinach salad, Tin Angel martini (made with lemoncillo) and shared a tiramisu with a friend. Everything about the meal was superb! The atmosphere is quaint with live music on a regular basis. However, since there are only about 8 tables in the restaurant make sure to make a reservation, even during the week.

Wow... great to know. I have yet to try out Go Sushi / Oh Sushi and am always looking for new dining joints.

I have tried out Fiddlers Elbow and SL Pizza and Pasta. Funnily enough, we did have kids there that night and it was a perfect alternative. =)

Oh man... I can't believe your car was stolen as well. It is amazing how many people have had their car stolen or know of someone who has. Seriously amazing. I also have read that the Honda, especially the civic, is the easiest car to steal.

We were always close enough to the ground that the cb-gbers was ok hanging out at the base; however, the day we did the multipitch climb Deidre I left the cb-gbers in the car. She did bark at every bear we saw... ha ha ha. She still doesn't realize she weighs only 6.7 pounds. How is Charlie?

Ha ha ha ha! Thanks for your comment. I should have phrased that differently. I actually love being by myself and being single. I think I had just forgotten that the dating scene is tricky. It is easier to be single because I am completely happy by myself and when I date it just adds in all this confusion and I just can't figure out what these boys are doing. That line was commenting towards a bunch of dating hiccups as of recently. =)

I have yet to try Yodlee, but have used Mint in the past. I had the exact same experience with their "smart leadgen". They seemed to not really know what type of card I was using, offering me a worse offer.

My favorite so far was mVelopes, but their server problems during the summer resulted in my canceling my subscription.

Wow... we are on the same brain waves as I have been thinking about yoga quite a bit lately.

Unlike yourself, I am just getting into yoga. I had tried it previously, but didn't really care for it. However, I have been bouldering the past 6 weeks and keep getting a handful of injuries. I decided to swing by a yoga studio one rest day and feel like it has really helped limit the injuries.
