South Coast Plaza, last time I checked, wasn't surrounded by HUD housing, Section 8 renter's, or a train that pulled right in from Compton, a Wal Mart anchor store, and all those factor's bring to the downtown shopping experience.
Try finding someone who overcame those obstacles, and went on to produce a middle to upscale retail environment. That would make much more sense than bringing in someone with a lot of abstracts that conflict with reality, as is usually done by our big brains in Long Beach.

According to news reports, he led the Democrat bargaining team in that White House meeting yesterday, and couldn't even negotiate the deal, with the president, and the majority party in BOTH Houses(who have the votes on their own) backing him!

Even He said in a press conference at the Mayflower Hotel, that he works better "on the phone"!

And THIS is the guy who wants to negotiate with foreign leaders?

Hmmm, Howard Raines is on nObama's campaign. Hmmm, wasn't he the CEO of FannieMae, and resigned with a huge benefit package in the million$? Hmmm..didn't FannieMae donate more than a hundred thousand dollars(of taxpayer money) to Obama? Yup...those Republicans are to blame!
