A really long interview, almost 1 hour of my time, and the day has only 24 hours. You should make these interviews more compact, and choose only a few well chosen questions from where we can get the most wisdom.

I really liked that Ryan also talked about his life outside the business area, because from there you can also learn some important things.

One things I can say about your question, is that this task can be really overwhelming sometimes, because the more you grow the more relationships you have to keep, and you are only a human with 24 hours.

Deep Patel - Google friend connect ..might be a solution, but I would like something that won't make me depend on something else. I've been approached by some companies that offered me a community, something like Ning, but everything would be hosted on their servers, and if I'll want to quit them I'll have to leave behind the whole community on their servers.

I would like to encourage people to participate, but first I need a platform or something like this where people will be able to create accounts and start adding content.

After reading this article and thought a little at who are the people who I spend most of my time I've came to the conclusion that they are people who make not 10 times less than me, but 20 times or more, most of them are students without jobs or small paying jobs. I've quit college and now I have a business that is working well, they are still in college, or in that first job after college that is paid awful.

Iar pentru asta nu trebuie sa ma ingrop in titluri ( doctorul, profesorul, managerul, etc ) ...trebuie doar sa am o provocare destul de mare, si iti voi dovedii ca titlurile NU au nici o valoare in fata unei persoane cu o motivatie ...cel putin fenomenala.

E o placere sa ii vad pe unii cum platesc rate la lucruri care si-au pierdut 20% din valoare in momentul in care au iesit din magazin, iar cu fiecare luna alte procente bune se pierd ....
