I just discovered MovaMail via this old post... its great. They also have a great mobile instant messenger available at http://www.movamessenger.com. Both applications were easy to install and have great performance.I highly recommend both, though it would be very cool if they were combined in one application.

Interesting application... for Mobile Instant Messaging I highly recommend MovaMessenger. Like Octro is it fully compatible, and free to download in use. It does not have voice integration but the UI and IM performance is second to none. You can download it on your mobile phone by opening your mobile browser to http://movamessenger.com.

The same company also offers a slick mobile email application (java) called MovaMail.

I admit to being one of those that have used MovaMail and MovaMessenger while driving. Stupid I know... and I have since stopped the habit. But its so damn addictive. I find myself pulling over now to email and IM. I think governments need to build pull over stations on the roads for those of us that can not wait. ;)

Robbie... I have the Pearl 8100 and I ran Movamail without any problems. I dont know how really it just worked. Really slick actually.

I found this a great mobile instant messaging client for java... you should check it out as well and post your own findings. It works great for me... http://www.movamessenger.com. The developer also has a great mobile email application at http://www.movamail.com.

I am quilty. I use MovaMesseger for my mobile instant messaging application and I am absolutely addicted. Its my newest entertainment/communication tool for any down time I can find in the day. With MovaMessnger you can consolidate Yahoo, MSN, GMail, etc so you can cover them all. My thumbs are sore but I really enjoy it.
