People think they can take the easy road and suddenly they will be ripped, jacked, or what-have-you. This is not reality. I recently wrote a piece on 12 ways athletes are making mistakes while training, and I think you'd agree with most everything I have to say as well. Thanks for the informative blog.

Re: 2009 Predictions

You forgot one prediction:
- someone will predict everything that will happen in the fitness world for the upcoming year, and get props from everyone in the fitness community for writing a solid post.

Great post Marc. I am always trying to revolve my training programs around this sort of concept. With my programs, however, I always tend to add sets of abs and calves as supersets with the bigger exercises. I also usually include rows and pulls ups. Often I'll even do 2 sets of dumbbell bicep curls for fun. Aside from those modifications, I definitely support this type of training. I think I'll even formulate a workout program around these principles. Thanks

Re: 8 Stupid Things Webmasters Do To Mess Up Their Analytics

Nice post! I knew some of these things already, but it's posts like this that help me remember to implement them. Now I will go back and exclude some IPs and domains.
