in Nerdy Productivity: Covey’s Time Management Matrix Illustrated with XKCD Comics on SidSavara.com
This is excellent. I think similar matrix can be use to map out time management matrix for blogging and stumbling. If I were to list out the those in time management matrix map, I would map mind as follow:
1. Not urgent not important
Deleting all spam comment since all my spam comment will be withheld until I review it. This was made possible by using automation via certain plugin. However this could be urgent but not important (I certainly don't want to see a lot of penis enlargement comment), if those automation was not installed in the first time.
2.Urgent but not important
Kill off comment spam that manage to slip through. Or in the case of stumbleupon reply back to stumble, review and comment request. The more I delay the more request will pile-up and my friend will lose trust. In social media, trust is one of the elements.
3.Important but not urgent
Reply back to my blog comment. I would like to reply to my comment at the best time available. I am certainly don't want to reply to any comment I received for the sake of replying. Sometime, I find myself in the position whether I need to write a blog post (which is important) but don't now or don't want to write anything (not urgent).
4.Not urgent and not important
Mindless surfing and mindless stumbling There times, I could not resist to do this.

in Stumble Upon for targeted traffic - Part 1 - The MYTHS on BlogKori
The issue on submitting your own content over to SU had been discussed on many platform, both have their view. Some even saying that SU have a percentage of how much content from you domain you can sent to SU. Some decide to follow the far end hard knock, the "big no" your own submission thing. I'll take the stand you mentioned in this articles.

in Dragon is a huge success on BlogKori
I had tried the software and not really satisfied with it. It take too long to train the software in order to be "at tune" with our speaking and conversation style. As English is my second language, I had trouble when it come to pronunciation of word, in particular the word "that" always ended-up "dead". The word "as" become "s".

I guess its designed to work well on American and British accent of talking English. Its so much harder to train it for some words we use regularly.

in 10 Things: Absolute Coolness That You Can Believe In To Make Your Blog Super Awesome! on Daniel Richard
I use all the techniques you mentioned above, still when I read this articles, it seem that I still have more to learn and there are some more trick to practice and perfected.
#2, I had try to used sometimes a very provocative title like today post, "Let Get Nude" some people get offended by the title but the purpose it to make them read.
#7, I don't post a lot of my picture around but I do post and send many of my post to my esteem friend for their opinion. I do on occasion make their opinion count by making them a star in my next post.
Well at least this is how I try to make my blog awesome.

A good guide. One thing missing, what about offline method to build your brand. Offline method if used properly to build online brand can prove to be very useful also. Perhaps on another post?

Tamal Anwar
Actually I don't like to spend time offline for my personal brand because its time and cost effective. You can do more online spending low time. Online branding is easy and most methods are free. But if you want to build a product or company brand, you have to focus on offline randing too. Okey, I will think about it and may come up with an update, what do you say?

in How to make a person follow your blog forever? on BlogKori
I think if you have a good content and you market the content properly, eventually you will find your readers.
I always feel the responsibilities (I prefer responsibilities than task) of creating value for a 20 subscribers is much simpler compared to when you already reach 20,000 subscribers. That why I call this as responsibilities not just a task, it's our duty to provide the best values and work that we can and let the readers decide.
Like what you've said, avoid being self centered is also true. John Chow convert his day to day experience from mundane routine into something that related to blogger best practice. This is a style of writing maybe unique to John Chow, but can be learn.
In relation to self centered issue also, when you ask something from other people, at the very least their comment, did you say thank? Did you reciprocate back, go to their blog, give an equal comment, because relationship need communication. Communication need conversation that mutually involved actively two party give and take. Of course, sometime out of busyness we forget, but better late than ever but not too often. Sincerity count.
And Tamal, I think it's time for me to rework my about me page I had neglected it too long.
