euh... juste en passant, notre "puissance alimentaire", elle vient surtout du fait qu'on a le plus grand territoire géographique d'Europe, et qu'il est même très majoritairement cultivable avec une relativement faible densité humaine...

L'Allemagne est plus petite et compte 20 millions d'habitants de plus à loger par exemple...

Quant à EDF et Areva, ce n'est pas eux seuls qui vont nous sortir de la mouise économique, mais plutôt le tissu de PME-PMI négligées par l'UMP et le PS depuis 25 ans...

Cara... eu tenho net virtua 2 megas e ja cheguei a baixar coisas entre 100 a 200 Kb/s. Acho que no caso dos torrents o problema se deve a quantidade de pessoas que podem compartilhar com vc e a conexao das mesmas.Alem disso o horario tbm influencia, visto que a propria virtua esclarece que em determinados horarios a taxa pode abaixar devido a quantidade de acessos a internet

Muito muito foda, eu usei e vi q fica muito mais rapido a minha lista, eu estou fazendo uma list boxe personalizada e fiz com 60.000 itens para simular velocidade, sem comparação.

Hi. This is a great article, but, in my Ubuntu 8.0.4 (Linux bruno-notebook 2.6.24-16-generic #1 SMP Thu Apr 10 12:47:45 UTC 2008 x86_64 GNU/Linux), this application does not work.

The problem is:

When I start the screenlets-manager by the terminal, or by the shortcut on:
Applications->Accessories->Screenlets, the screenlets-manager open fine, BUT, when I click under a screenlet (eg. DiskUsage) and click on Launch/Add, nothing happens.

The ps command show this:

As an Illinois Conservative, this is one of the few things the Guv did that I can support. Whether for personal political purposes or for ideological reasons, I'm certainly not going to get bent out of shape about the educational bureaucracy whining about funding.

The truth is that public education is one of the most over funded and underperforming "services" the government (state or local) provides.

Public Education needs a haircut, in both money and clout. If Rod does part of that job, more power to him. Some examples from the article...

The "Advisory Board" sounds like another one of those entities whose only job is to rubberstamp continual increases for a bloated education system.

By short circuiting this process, Rod is forcing some responsibility on the process while taking it upon himself. Regardless of the motivations behind this, it is called "governing", which the entire education system is designed to circumvent while growing more bloated.

And we need these people on the public payroll...why? "Interpreters?!" I first noticed this word in CA 2 summers ago.

When the warm front of drippy 'Oprahfication' meets the cold front of insipid 'bizspeak', the world suffers from a deluge of 're-naming', mission statement re-writes (complete with PR consultants) and other such nonsense.

Interpret this. If you won't cut spending where it needs to be cut (public education bloat) you will just have to do with a few less 'interpreters'.

Pra minha surpresa ela me falou que não poderia fazer isso pelo fato de a internet ilimitada do chip com voz ser wap e a internet 3g que se usa no modem ser fast alguma coisa que nao lembro!! tem algum fundamento isso???

primeiramente, gostei muito do blog. Muito elucidativo.
Minha dúvida é simples: Se tiver um plano de voz junto com um de dados (minha rede é 3g) e um celular que é modem eu poderei usar a internet 3g ilimitada tanto no celular como no computador sem aumentar o gasto??? atualmente tenho um plano 3g de 1mega da claro e um smartphone da tim. Penso em cancelar a claro e agregar dados ao tim. Seria isso????

Eu tenho um N800 e consigo fazer tudo com ele. Já o utilizei com dispositivos USB, já usei com monitor, já usei com modem 3G. Ele é absolutamente fantástico, pra quem está em dúvida eu dou o meu ponto positivo para compra. Lógico se comprar ele não vem completo, mas com uma pequena pesquisa no google se descobre tudo.
