Inner City Residents Left Out I called Urban Dreams Tuesday morning. They told me to come in on Friday morning at 9:00 AM for tickets - first come first serve. When I arrived at 9:00 AM Friday morning they said they had no tickets available and to return at 3:00 PM for tickets.  When I returned at 3:00 PM they stated that I was not on the list and I could not have tickets.
