I am one of the weird ones that reads through all the pages and backpages of the social sites I use. I simply have turned off the ability for advertisers to put me above one of their advertisments.
Also, I have to admit, I click on more local advertisments now on facebook. Beacon is working.

It's sad. I love his books. The first thing I ever read was The Piano Man in 8th grade. I keep Welcome To The Monkey House close at hand for when I have a chance to do some leisure reading.

It's upsetting to remember people dislike other people for reasons that just don't seem to open up to the picture of life. But you're also right to be encouraged that you're doing something worthwhile for the world.

I think if you are already using his name and such, there is no reason to suddenly stop. As someone who knows the pros and con of the web, I'm fairly confident you can keep your son safe, plus teach him as he grows older to do the same
