I couldnt agree more with point number If you see a great rate, don't jump to sign up. In the UK, there are lots of online comparison services that will help show the true cost of the loan over the term you require, taking into account the start up fees.

Unfortunately, borrowers are battling soaring arrangement fees along with rising interest rates. The fees is a very cunning tactic that the lenders use to attract naive people towards an overall expensive mortgage, even if the rate is low.

What an excellent resource! I have bookmarked it in favourites! See we are based in the UK and setting up a partnership with a US companies to purchase properties over there, so a resource like this is brilliant to help us find companies that can manage our properties that we purchase.

One question though; are the management companies certificated to any standards or are they qualified for their competence before they are allowed to become a member, or is it whoever pays gets listed? I ask the question to see if we can place confidence in these companies to hand them over properties without worrying much whilst we are sat all the way in the UK?

We don’t have online services like Zilow in the UK, but we do have other similar sources that do a "half decent" job. It is possible to obtain rough price estimates for properties, but in the end, the ultimate estimate is from a property survey that is instructed by the lender (similar to an inspection in the US I believe). I believe online services are still a long way away to describing accurate estimates.

After looking into PPC for property sites for a while. I would say one of the most important points I have learnt is to make the key phrases and description as specific and as targeted as possible (as mentioned in a comment above). That way, you are only getting very targetted traffic where people clicking on your link are those specifically looking for the service you describe.

use of generic terms may get you people visiting the site but it also means getting lots of untargetted traffic and wasting money on clicks you don’t necessarily want.
