Good post, but I'll say this...I've been Mr. Nice Guy for the past 10 years and that sh*t backfires...I notice when I'm cruel and insensitive to ladies they respond. Ish is weird.

Its definitely easier said than done, get on a plane and visit family and friends, hit the club, play fantasy football, mentor, join a co-ed softball league, something. Just don't stay at home all day twittering your thumbs...
