Either get an A-lister on the level of Brad Pitt or cast an up-and-comer or unknown.

Re: Captain America: You Won’t Believe Who Marvel Wants

LEO IS NOT SHORT! Google a pic of him and Gisele.
Leo DiCaprio is 6 feet tall. He's taller than his ex-girlfriend Gisele Bundchen who is probably taller than Brad Pitt at 5 feet 11.

But yeah, he's not right for the part. I'm thinking Henry Cavill.

Re: Say goodbye to suburbia: California moves to cut urban sprawl

It's okay to hate LA. I myself like it, and I also enjoy tweaking people who love the boutique cities (SF, Portland, Seattle).

Re: Did Angelina Jolie Give Anne Hathaway a “Death Stare”– Twice?

They were engaging in pleasant cocktail conversation at the Golden Globes. I doubt she was telling Hathaway to go to hell. And I doubt that if Jolie hated here, she would be talking to her.

Re: Did Angelina Jolie Give Anne Hathaway a “Death Stare”– Twice?

And one more thing: It's a people's choice award. Do we really think she even cares?

Re: Fox Forces Baz Luhrmann to Change Australia’s Ending?

It's Baz's fault. He's been in the industry for years and he should know the rules by now. Never make romantic comedies. Never make movies about the Iraq war. And finally, NEVER make a movie financed by Fox Studios. He broke the third rule.

Re: Spain Moves Toward First Bullfighting Ban

I think human rights is an issue that crosses all boundaries. I think animal welfare is an issue of morality rather than ethics and should be decided by the culture of the country in question.

Here in America, we eat meat and wear leather. Saying meat is a necessity is a rationalization. The amount of meat we consume is glutinous and ridiculously unnecessary. If we use animals for our own unnecessary benefit, than it's hypocritical to have a stance that bullfighting is wrong. We can't stand behind a defense of killing with kindness. Either using animals for our benefit is right or it is wrong. If it is wrong, than bullfighting is wrong as is eating meat and wearing leather and even so far as animal experimentation.

Re: Spain Moves Toward First Bullfighting Ban

I think human rights is an issue that crosses all boundaries.
